anyone watch any episode on CSI. this is about teens who are out of control and are sent to spend 1 day in a correctional prison. the inmates are given these teens to take them around the prison. these inmates are ruthless with the teens telling them they will end up in prison if they don't straighten their lives while they still have the chance.

they are taken to lock down and actually taken into the cell and told this is where they spend 23 hours of the day and it will drive them insane. the teens are taken to the showers and are told only cold water showers are what they are allowed and if they come into contact with a spider then too bad, the shower is their privilege so get on with it. then they are taken to have lunch. each are given a tray to line up and be dished up what is on the menu for the day. the teens are yelled at that they only have 15 minutes to eat their lunch and enjoy what's on the menu because when you hungry this is like a pork chops meal to them. these kids sit there not wanting to eat the food because it's not what they are used to so the inmates take the food from them and tell them it's their lucky day they get extra's.

by the time the day is over these teens are converted that's for sure. the camera's visit them a month later and they have done a 360 degrees turn with their lives.

very interesting to watch.

It think you mean 180 degrees. 360 degrees would take you back to exactly where you started, i.e. going full circle.

I cant remember the details, I think it might have been posted here, but there are reports of juvenile correctional facilities in America, where parents send their children who deviate from the norm (eg, Atheist, believes in evolution, gay etc) to be converted back. They basically get brainwashed and abused for a few months.
 
When I was younger, the school would often taken us to prisons to experience a similar sort of interaction. The worst was a visit to a juvenile facility, it scared the crap outta me! Can still remember how terrified we all were, behaved like angels after that hehe... Prison is no party, that's for sure!
