Scathing ConCourt ruling in Sars racism case

The ruling is excellent as it is unambiguous. Use of the k-word should be treated with disgust and revulsion. We have all met a 'Jacobus Johannes Kruger' - slow-learners who need to be taught to treat black people with the same decency and respect as any other human being. There is no place for these malicious dimwits in society.

And I fully agree with you.

I just think the punishment is a bit harsh no matter how you see it. I do agree these people should be made examples of but damn son...

Given that this happened in 2007, you have to view it with the attitude in the country at that point, which wasn't quite so blatantly race obsessed as it is today...
