While as a whole Africa may be high SA has among the lowest in the world by country. Anyway Thor is given to making thoughtless brain farts and that can likely be filed under the same.

That might be true, yet I'm willing to bet the average 14 year old who gets pregnant willingly will end up collecting welfare ...
