Scooter / bike - no papers ?

Looking for a cheap run around scooter / bike for about 2 or 3 months..

See a heck of a lot of no paper scooters ( orob some one buying one , fell off once and left it). Question is, what is the process and how difficult to get papers for these?

It can be worth the schlep and expense if you’re getting something worth owning at a really cheap price. But for a cheap runabout scooter, you’ll regret it. It’ll end up costing you more than just buying a decent runner, and usually there’s a reason it’s got no license - it’s poked, or worse, stolen.
