I agree with these ratings, although I would bump up Civ 5 to 9, maybe even a 10 (but that's because I am a Civ fanboi... so that might be a bit biased).

Recently I have been playing Alien Isolation, I will gladly rate it a 9, even though I believe I am only about 70% through the game.
Also been playing a bit of the new Civ, tentatively I will give it a 8, but have only been playing about 3 hours (according to Steam), so still early days.
