Maybe more controllable, like the Demoted high court reduced below the constitutional court which will now only handle the complex matters. What about constitutional matters? So Mr public have nothing to fall back too?

They are looking to create the same system with the Scorpions demise IMHO. Backstops to safeguard themselves against prosecution for fraud.
