Not sure if I'm the only one on this site connected to the 039 976/978 exchange, but for the last 3 weeks now, internet has been really unstable. And when it syncs, it syncs at strange speeds, like 416 / 2304 kbps (I have a 4mbps line).

I've phoned telkom numerous times, to reset ports and stuff, but nothing changes..

We live in a pretty small town, so I don't think its congested.

So frustrating!

Another thing:
This morning, I saw that my Line Attenuation sits at 54.0db, while ONLY synced at a horrible speed of 1540kbps. Usually, it would be around 38db line attenuation while synced at 4mbps...
