You'll need to process the return with amazon as usual and then just use us for the shipping: https://www.scottshipping.co.za/export/

We don't offer a "return service" unless the item was purchased through us, we'll just act as a normal courier.

Amazon is no problem, Newegg restricts the use of non US credit cards so we can't order from them unfortunately.
