Got my parcel yesterday, service pain and hassle free!

Will def use your services again!

Thanks :)

Just thought I'd report back from a purchase from a while back. Ordered 19 Sept, received 29 Sept. Ordered from the US. Great service and communication. Will be using this service again for sure.

Great stuff gents! Glad you're happy with the service.

Don't judge me if you get a whole bunch of quotes for face masks..... they for the gf
Haha

I received my latest package through Scott's shipping service yesterday. Ordered on the 21st of October through him, and devliered on the 2nd of November. Excluding the time it took for the payment to clear, it took 11 days, which is pretty awesome, thanks Scott!

Right, Black Friday is approaching so we're likely to be inundated... I'd therefore like to ask all members a favour, please please please use the "Quick Estimate" to generate a quote rather than emailing in. This form is accurate, it pulls from the same back end as our quotes, if the data input is correct the total will be the same.

Link: https://www.scottshipping.co.za/quick-estimate/

Some tips on the fields:

Purchase Price:
Please check if there's sales tax applied, this is especially common for items sourced in the EU, sometimes this is only added at the final step of check-out

Shipping Cost (country of origin):
This is the field most entered wrongly, it's simply the cost of local delivery in the country of origin. So if the item is sourced in the US it'll be delivery to New York, in the UK it'll be delivery to London etc.

Currency:
Only the currencies listed are supported on the quick estimate, if you leave dollars selected and put a ¥ in the text field the estimate will just fail.

Item Category:
This determines duty percentage, so using the wrong one will mess up the final number. Please note that "Other" is no guarantee that the item will not have duties applied, it's just impossible to add every item to the site.

Weight (in kg):
Remember to use the shipping weight and not the item weight, a laptop is not 1.2kg to ship :)

If the total is acceptable you can submit directly from this page to us, we'll confirm and take it from there. This should ensure that the responses are as quick and accurate as possible.

For time limited specials payment via instant EFT or cards will be required. We can't accept responsibility for an item selling out, you will of course be refunded in full if that happens.

To help out with this forex rate volatility we've tightened up a few margins to absorb some of the cost.

Can you re-quote me on the items from Hannants I sent you please? I dont have the weight of the items, but they are very light.

Hi all, just a reminder on the above! I dunno how mad things will get on Friday so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
