Scott.

My 3 remotes were just delivered. Much appreciated. :D

Ask and thou shalt receive! Prohibited items list:

Probably a daft idea as I've just done SEO for things we can't import but it's a public service, hopefully should clarify things for you guys.

PS; it's great fun watching the analytics go mad as soon as a blog is published :)

Ok, but why are wax based, NON flammable paints prohibited? Also, non flammable oil washes? Acrylic paints are water based. All items are sealed an spill proof. I understand spray paints, given.

Hi

Can you write a post on the weird requested items?

Oh goodness, not sure about that...

All liquids are prohibited, it's not up to me to allow them unfortunately

There's is currently an error on the site when attempting to submit the forms. The dev team is looking into it.

In the meantime please email [email protected] for any queries.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Our VAT registration will be effective from the 1st of September so there's going to be a big website update over the course of this week.

Shouldn't break anything but the site may behave a bit weirdly so just a heads up!

Quick note, due to our impending VAT registration all quotes and unpaid invoices will become invalid as of September 1st.

Items and shipments already in progress are NOT affected.

We will however happily re-quote for any items you may need!

Hi all!

New pricing for exports and local shipping is up on the website, this will be effective as of Sep 1st. Prices have gone up a bit unfortunately, which is why we delayed the VAT registration as long as possible.

Quick Estimate should be updated by middle of next week, it's a bit more involved on the back end to do.

All quotes and invoices issued today will expire at close of business.

VAT registration kicks in tomorrow so our invoicing and pricing structure will change.

All order currently in progress are NOT affected and this change will not adversely affect the client experience.

SME's rejoice! We will now be providing tax invoices for all transactions so you can claim back some of that delicious input VAT.

For the regular Joe's out there don't stress, prices have NOT gone up by 15%.

There's been a slight increase in local and export rates but that's just the yearly increase that kicked in end of June, we've been absorbing it till now.

So this months blog post is going to be an SEO/Blog one rather than an FAQ.

Need to drive some traffic and counter the effectively negative SEO I posted last month :) You have no idea how many people google "import the thing that we can't ship", fail to notice the article it links to says NO and ask for a quote....

Any particular suggestions on what I should blather on about? You can see the style of articles needed in the blog section, apologies for the formatting, that's still being figured out.

I have a different question. A company offered to pay the shipping to SA for me, I must just pay the goods. Can you bring it in for me and I just pay your service fee and duties? This is from Norway.
