Does anybody know where i can resurface console game discs?

Have you tried toothpaste? I fixed a few on mine. Enough to make an iso of them.

Try your local video rental shops, they usually have polishing/buffing machines and might be able to help.

+1 or btGames. Some stores still have the machines.
