I would just like to say that i'm a not happy with the service from screamer telecoms. I was let down right from the beginning, I heard the radio commercial and went online emediately, got the forms and signed up. This was in December 2009. i signed up for their 384 uncapped package for R399 per month, not long after i receive an email stating that they wont be able to help me emediately, i didnt pay to much attention to it because i was still using my openweb account so no biggy. The first payment went off in january 2010. and I received a email from them with my connection details, so i procede to try and connect with no luck. it took me until the 15th of january to get service out of them at which point i received another email with the CORRECT details in. (also being told by the screamer helpdesk that they think its my line, which is why i cant connect to their service, but my openweb and telkom accounts work fine,:wtf
needless to say, by this time i'm gooi-ing my toys right out of the cot. i finally got to speak with the manager/ceo/ dude in control, about getting my money back, he said awesome just send my your details. still waiting a month later. since then the line disconnects constantly as may times as 10 times per day usualy lasting from 30mins-1 hourper disconnect. i cant check my mail before work ever, which in turn causes my sweeted coffee to go sour in my mouth which is usually followed by fire spitting uncontrolably from my nostrils. when ever i try call screamer they closed or just not answering the phone because they apparently dont care about my service and is blatantly swindeling my money from me monthly on debit order.
i am over it now, and will be moving soon to a company that actually cares about their clients and who work for the money i pay them to keep me in business. Are there any other uncapped services worth their salt who dont have 50-100 users on one account thats resonably priced for a 384 package out there that some one can recommend.
