Screamer on the East Rand

Hello all,
I am pretty new here and have been reading through these screamer threads. It seems as if their network is finally starting to "work" (aside from this seacom stuff)
So how is it working for everyone on the East Rand, and more specifically people in Brakpan?
Latency, downloads, brousing ect ?

I have been on the website as well so it is a once of R2999 for the CPE equipment.
1) Is there any installation charge?
2) Warranty on the CPE is presumeably 1 year, so if it fails after that do I need to pay the R3k again???
3) If I cancel the month to month contract, do I get my R3k, or at least some of it back? (I saw this question in another thread, but no answer yet)

The 3k that you pay is a once-off rental fee, so Screamer still owns the CPE. if it fails, they will likely replace it, gratis. IMO they are probably insured for that kind of thing. if you cancel within the first three months, they give you the 3 clips back, but after three months, they only give you a portion of it, which decreases over time. There is a Screamer rep somewhere on myBB, you could probably PM him/her for more info
