After being with Screamer for ~6 months, I must say I'm very happy. As such, I'm starting this thread which hopefully won't get overrun with complaints.
Don't get me wrong, I have had some moments where I've been very grumpy due to a dead connection and nobody answering the helpline. But that's not entirely a new experience, I had multiple problems with Telkom with my ADSL line... so I guess its just about accepting that things will not always work, there will be some downtime and it will be frustrating.
In a nutshell though, my 384kb uncapped account works >95% of the time, I can play Starcraft 2, I can browse the net without pulling my hair out from being slow, I can watch Youtube with a bit of buffering... so all in all, i'm pretty happy! Thanks Screamer!
