Shedding some more light

Friedrich the superb Screamer reseller, installer fundi was at my place yesterday, surprisingly after he heard from his HO of my cancellation, very sad and sour, noted he tried his best blah blah blah, very disappointed that I went to his HO instead of coming to him, I am a very difficult person - dude, what can’t u figure , I am a new subscriber, 2 weeks now, having endless issues, been calling u, u too busy to attend to my problems or to come out, I had no issue paying u – btw I am still waiting for my gateway – what do u want me to do – keep silent – I noted the urgency of the connection, WORK WORK WORK – u or your HO frankly didn’t give a damn !!!!!!!

The lame excuse I am told from Friedrich is becos I have two separate connections on my outbuildings , tis causing interference has I am having issues – I am trying to apply logic and understand – can this be the case ? Is that the reason for the many disconnects, not being able to connect, slow connections, over subscriptions on the towers etc etc etc

Service from Screamer HO was also as bad as it gets ……… see my numerous posts

Howzit, I have PM you as requested, I don’t know what your position or pull is at Screamer – this is my dilemma – u said u would assist ……. Prove yourself PLEASE !!!!
 
I see the international speeds is back to full speed! Whoop whoop. Thanx guys!

ok, will check when I get home. I did receive a SMS a few minutes ago as well from screamer

So, I tested the connection, and the speedtest is now faster international than local!!!!! and still half the speed it shoud be!!!!

They have arrange with me to come to my premises to help resolve my issues :)
 
I am pleased to report they also assisting me - slowly but surely - big thanks to Candace Walker from Screamer - that is all that we needed - service - lets see how it goes

Downed the Lich King last night in WoW, ping was sweet. No loot though :(
 
Had an issue with my Screamer wimax connection, phoned tech support this morning.

They have already left my premises with everything working 100%.

That is pretty decent service! <3
 
Likewise, but seem to be getting many packet loss tonight on upstream.
 
does anyone know whats going on with the connection? My ping jumped from 25ms to 250ms all day now. Cant even acess mybb. Sent this from nokia n8. Please reply howzit....

Back to square one again ............ if it is not one thing it is another, i am sounding like a tape recorder !!!!

Hardware issues resolved today after loads of begging - back to connectivity issues with over subscriptions to dalview tower, a workable solution was proposed - worked fine for a few days , alas ......

I have no energy anymore , what do i have to do to get some service for which i am paying for !

Screamer don't u care about all your publicity in these forums - seems not !!!! Us sods have to only use you cos the other telcos can't provide us the service we need

Howzit, where are u ? u noted your assistance to us poor sods that have to go begging to your personnel - i am defeated and lost for words, never in my professional career have I come across such a situation and lack of interest - non responses to emails, telecons, at the mercy of tekkies and the list goes on and on

Further more, seems the customer is not the King - the worlds academics in consumer relations had it wrong - screamer has just proven that with their long track record of frankly not giving a damn !!!!
