Screen Capture for Video file

I have this nice Screen Capturing program from Fastone (captures pictures of active desktop window(s)), was wondering if there' s a program where you can capture the desktop as a video or video clips whilst recording input sound from mic.

Gr8 program this... Found it last night! Am actually busy learning it now, amazing... This is for my e-learning tools/projects BTW
