Screen Protectors...

I ordered an IS for my Touch Pro 2. Only installed the back skin this morning. Seems alright thus far. Was a bit difficult because of the shape of my phone and needed someone to help me.

It feels a bit tactile. A wee bit rubberish almost. I like it though cos I always found the phone to be too smooth and I was afraid it might slip out of my hands.

I am a little worried about how this rubberishness will affect the touch screen though. I'm gonna install it this evening and let it cure overnight. Will let you know how it goes

Let us know how the front shield goes, I'm very interested to see what happens. Thanks in advance

No problem ;)
I'm very nervous about installing these things, my hands were shaking like mad trying to the back. But now that I'm more familiar with it, it should go smoother.

I did remove & re-seat the back skin about a dozen times till I was happy with it. That's the thing with a protector like this, you gotta be prepared to take your time and not rush it.

My back protector has only been on for about 2 hours but it's smooth and bubble-free. So definitely take your time

Ok so I haven't yet had the time to install the front skin but I did however (brace yourself for it) drop my phone yesterday
I nearly had a corony but fortunately the phone landed on the back, the bit covered by the shield.
The shield did take a few scuffs but did a good job of keeping my phone protected. These shields are not really made to offer protection from drops but I know I would've been missing a fair amount of paint if not for the shield

I bought one from their website and installed it this week.
The feel on the stylus takes a bitgetting used to but the protector is great.
Does not appear to scratch at all.
Also I could track my delivery through DHL's website.
I ordered on Sunday and had it delivered on Wednesday morning.
A bit expensive but worth it in my opinion

I finally got around to installing the front shield on Monday.
I gotta say this was much harder work than the back.

It's quite quick to get the shield on and in place, but I have a Touch Pro 2 and there's a slight ridge where the screen meets the chrome case. I've seen numerous complaints about people having massive unsightly bubbles here so I was extra careful with mine.

What I discovered is that the end that you squeeze the most amount of the shield spray out of will be most effected by these bubbles. BUT what I also noticed is that spray gets trapped in the tiny ridge between the screen and chrome, which is what causes the bubbles - wherever the spray is, the shield won't stick very well.

So I pressed out as much of the spray as I could with the squeegee. I then let the shield sit for about 10 minutes and then started pressing those corners (where the screen and chrome meet) with a credit card.

This problem seems specific to my phone though, not all phones will have ridges etc.

It's been on for 5 days now and though I didn't have any bubbles on the screen, I had tons of tiny little on the bits of the shield that wrap around the ends of the phone. But these have been disappearing, slowly, but still going. I reckon given another week there'll be no bubbles at all.

I'm not sure if the material for the front shield is different to the back, but the front doesn't feel as rubbery.

Touchscreen sensitivity is great. Not as perfect as without a shield, but the disturbance is minimal. The stylus sticks a little more than your finger but if you don't press the stylus hard, it works fine.

All-in-all it took 5 minutes to get the shield on and in place but took about 2.5 hours to constantly work out the bubbles as the shield was curing. But again, this is just because of my specific phone
