Screen tearing with crossfire and two monitors

I get allot of screen tearing on my second monitor running running crossfire.
Any ideas how to fix this?

This happens even if I am just watching a movie or anything I am doing.

Force VSync to be Always On.

I'm also experiencing tearing with my Dell 30" (2560x1600) when I don't have Vertical Sync enabled. Its clearly visible in games/videos.

I get it when i'm gaming and watching something on the 2nd screen,handy trick is to enable Flat Panel overclocking in the AMD control panel under displays,has to do with sync and frame rates

Fixed it with MSI afterburner. Just disable ULPS and unlock unofficial overlocking mode without powerplay

Update to the 13.10 beta driver...fixes some of the xfire issues. See also my recent skyrim thread over a mygaming...there is a link in there which talks about xfire issues.
