• Certified Scrum Master
• 3+ years’ experience as Scrum master on Software Development projects
• Strong Project Management background to handle Hybrid (Agile | Waterfall) type projects when required
• Ability to drive Agile principles within the teams and a level of coaching to team members and stakeholders
• Strong leadership and communications skills
• Be able to present the company professionally in front of the customer on all communications channels
• Able to handle a high-pressure environment to ensure successful delivery of projects
