An exciting opportunity exists for a Scrum Master within a well-established software development company. With presence in the African continent; our client has a track record of more than 15 years and provide innovative software and application solutions to the financial services industry. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile sprint rituals and achieve sprint goals; Must be Scrum Certified
The Scrum Master role will include:
Facilitate Agile sprint rituals (Analysis & Design, Daily stand-ups, Retrospectives, Product owner demo’s),Remove impediments from sprint so that team members can deliver to their commitment, Hold team members to their commitments for sprint deliverables, Ensure team delivers to all conditions of satisfaction and the complete definition of done for each story in the sprint as defined by product owner, Ensure resourcing for sprints according to product owner’s sprint backlog requirements – obtain groomed sprint backlog from product owner and Submission of sprint budgets and daily sprint billing
To apply for the Scrum Master role you must meet the following minimum requirements:
• Matric
• Scrum Master Certified
• Relevant Degree / Qualification
• 5- 8 years in a Similar role
• Previous project management experience
• Experience within the insurance / financial services industry will be advantageous
