SD Card Differences

I've been looking at buying a Class 10 32GB SD card and have come up with a few different manufacturers.

Is there a radical difference between this

The writing speed to the Sandisk is 45 Mb/s and to the Transcend it is 20 Mb/s... Quite a big difference, but do you need 45 Mb/s writing speed?

Thanks, don't think I need 45mbps for HD video on the 60D to be honest. I thought Class 10 denoted the read/write speeds. Seems you're "teaching" me quite a bit these days

Thanks, I bought a 16GB Class 10 Transcend from Rectron and all seems good so far.

Unfortunately there was no 32GB stock
