SD PVR 2nd TV

After a restart the 2nd TV in my SD PVR system shows picture but is extremely snowy.

The frequency is correct, what could the problem be?

Is the antenna plug making contact?

Your RF2 output is disabled or set to link to a 2nd decoder (Xtraview). Just check the setting under "TV Installation" or "Xtraview Setup". PIN is 9949 if prompted.
