Haai,

So, I know little to nothing about Apple and it's SDK and I've hardly ever worked on OSX and whatever. ( Although I do know C#, etc #list of languages here# )

How hard would it be do make a custom web browser that is fixed on ONE website and can't navigate away from it, but still function as a proper browser. ( like a browser without an address bar with the homepage set to this one website )

Any suggestions / ideas / places to start?

Would this work as an "iPad" application ? - It doesn't have to be available via the App Store, but would you be able to do that?

We use another cool tool for firefox that does exactly what you are talking about, its called "kiosk" mode. Google it.
The one that we use is called r-kiosk

If you are thinking of running this on an ipad, consider creating an app that uses UIWebView.

That was/is the plan, but I'm trying to actually avoid getting into that if it's not necessary..

@ozziej, I don't think you get Firefox on an iPad ?
