SE G900 discontinued

called 1 of the mtn stores regards to gettin this phone as my upgrade,
and was told it's being discontinued???

Please can sum1 else confirm this?

I think the store dude is just trying to get me to take a diff phone, instead of waiting...

I sincerely doubt that the G900 was discontinued and there's nothing on Esato so just speak to someone else. That said unless you need the 5mpx camera the P1 is a better choice plus you can easily mod it to include the W960 walkman music player.

They do that when they dont have stock of that phone and only have stock of other phones to try and force you to take some of their existing stock. Phone other MTN stores and find out if they have stock of it and get is from another store.

the P1 is much older though..... would like a newer model phone...

I've tried chatting with other MTN stores, and even MTN connect...
it's on their contracts, however they dont have stocks, they say possibly stocks still to come...

Can you tell me how to mod a P1 to include W960 music

Search www.esato.com for P1 mods, you just need to download a little software and it can now all be done on the device without Windows.
