SE P1 at Vodacom

Anyone know if the SE P1 is available at Vodacom yet, as i can upgrade now, and i see the local MTN shop has it in STOCK, yet the vodacom peeps don't yet know when its incoming.
Any1 with an insight?

I asked one of the guys here at the store. He says it will be available by next month. (this is only what he told me just now, dont know how much truth is in it)

thx for the quick reply, it amazes me though that MTN can have the phone now, but vodacom still doesn't have it.

The reason MTN has it before Vodacom is that Vodacom seem to like adding all the Vodafone live firmware and MTn lets you keep the original SE firmware. That means you can't update the Vodacom phone to the latest SE firmware when it is released. The phone will more than likely be a dog after Vodacom get a hold of it..

Or it could be that they dont test the phone completely.
