As a 4x4 owner/driver, and an outdoor enthusiast, Good! the lasy idiot deserved it, if he wanted to walk his dog, he should have walked further
Its idiots like this that give decent 4x4 enthusiasts a bad name.

I doubt it, unless its specifically mentioned in his policy a'la alcohol related incidents they'll probably have to pay up. Even reckless drivers are covered.

Doesnt matter - people who wreck their cars and are subsequently done for reckless and negligent driving are still covered.

I remember driving on pristine beaches to go fishing. We were very careful and always took account of wildlife. It seems the activity became too popular and the hoodlums with their beach buggies spoiled it for everyone.
