I've been having issues for Months with my line, lost count of how many tickets have been opened with Telkom, nobody can sort this out.
My ADSL intermittently loses connection, mainly around 6-8am and 6-8pm but lately its been doing it all the time. Over the past 4 days in particular, pings are through the roof and I'm lucky if I'm getting half my line speed. Typically though I'm getting around 2mbs on a 7mb line.
This is the first six digits of my line: 021 434
And I'm on an Afrihost capped 75gb account, and a VOX 75gb Fat Pipe Capped account
