That's not the problem. This was never a problem at these pathetic 1Mb/4Mb/7.2Mb speeds - SAT-3 capacity was upgraded with the flip of the switch and SEACOM was added - but these are hardly used as is, the problem is the lack of internal inter-connectivity and the insistence that Telkom get a big cut for these interconnects. Internation b/w price is only 15% of the total, the rest is local nonsense.
