Second Account woes

This is my first really serious problem with my ADSL service (except for the line drops and cut-outs)

I want to apply for my second ADSL account. My first account is charged to my telephone bill and I have a Debit Order to pay it each month.

Now I'm told that my second account can't be charged to my telephone account as well. Now I have to aggree to another Debit Order.

This is completely beyond my comprehension!

I have even arranged with telkom accounts department to have my account limit raised from R1000.00 to R2000.00 to accomodate for the extra charges on my account.

Has anybody else tried this? Or have had similar problems?

Any help and comments would be greatly appretiated.

Buy your second account from another vendor.

I'm sure the members on this list can supply names and telephone numbers of a myriad such vendors - most of whom I guess would be more eager than Telkom to do business.

Yes this angered me and I decided that if I have to sign a second debit order it will be with someone else. Now I plan on dropping my telkom Account and getting my second account from them as well.

So I will have only my Line and ADSL rentals on my Telkom account and two accounts with the new provider.

Well Done Telkom you just lost another customer.
