Second hand PCs, cheep per-core PCs?

I am doing 3D rendering with V-Ray, I need to aqquire some PC's on the cheap (they work in a farm)
Does anyone have any suggestions...

I dont need operating system, mouse, keyboard, Screen etc.
My price range is about 20 Cores in the R500.00 a core range?

Second hand is fine, were to look is the Q.

Maybe get in contact with those e-recycling companies.. Dunno any names. But they sure to get in loads of old pc's...
