Better to get a new M1 Air. Unless they REALLY need that second external screen.

Agree - buy the Air + an external screen.

That said, Creative Suite isn't running on native arm app's yet, PS is still in beta.
Would still go for it though, they're super fast even with Rosetta emulation for x86.
