Same BS "everyone is racist towards me" this and communist "I am a citizen of the world" that..... they seem to be trying to mask it with limp anti-rhetoric though....
 
Was really looking forward to this from the trailers but didn't enjoy the first episode. It felt pitched like a heavier toned drama series but the scenes lack the seriousness / intensity / gravitas of almost any recent drama series. There's a clunkiness in how lines are delivered and the whole things feels too obviously like set pieces and prepared dialogue rather than a real world.
 
This looks like a slow-burn, although in the grand scheme of the MCU, I wonder what role it's going to play. Will it form part of the bigger mix with Kang the Conquorer, or be a standalone incident where Spider-Man and the Avengers for instance are none the wiser to what's going on?

Enjoyed this about as much as a slap in the face.

They always must have "the current thing" in the shows. Jirre.
