Recently purchased a place in a sectional title complex! Seems it's going to take some getting used to and I've heard some horror stories about things going wrong.

We live in an apartment and people are forever arguing about issues concerning the common property.

Our apartment block is quite old and the passage carpets need replacement and the entrance hall must be updated. People come with the most horrendous ideas and then it actually gets voted in.

FFS!!! Get an interior decorator who KNOWS about colors and dimensions and all those things.
