Secure hosted web services and database

Can I please have recommendations and comments as to where I should host web services and a database? I'm looking for a provider to provide the full package: Guaranteed bandwidth for clients, server support, necessary redundancy and fault tolerance must be in place and a backup plan. I know Internet Solutions provides that kind of service but I’m a bit weary of using a big player like that...usually service not that great. Any suggestions?

Too expensive. And provided bandwidth is a joke.

Their TrustServ servers provide 5GB (basic) and 10GB (plus) monthly bandwidth.

That's ridiculous!

Plus, they install a proprietory control panel (KonsoleH). There are only TWO control panels you ought to consider using - cpanel or Plesk.

Although Plesk looks prettier, cpanel / whm is the better choice.
