I need to look into a 1 or 2 security cam setup for a client. I am supposing an ip cam would be the thing to look at. Does any one have any suggestions on this? Like what have you used, and what works (and what obviously to stay away from)

I have seen Esquire do the micronet ip cams. Any comments on that?

been "passivly" doing some research as well . definately go for an ip based solution. it scales much better and is not more expensive. no need to change tapes/DVDR's, easy to navigate videos. good software is on the expensive side though. but that is the same for any other solution as well.

Yeah, i've been to the gadget shop. It would have been nice if they had stock of those items.
I have googled those models, but it seems they are kinda no-name chinese imports.
I have spoken to Duxbury. They do the Axis range of security cams.
Anyone worked with those?
