Security cameras

Looking to install IP security cameras: One outdoors; one indoors with pan, tilt (and maybe zoom). Motion detection with automatic upload to server needed on both units. Wireless capability / POE not critical. Previous experience has shown that these items are not always as dependable as the producers claim.

Any opinions on good or bad products? Anyone willing to share their experience in this field?
