I have decided to revive my iPod 4 64GB to fill with movies and TV shows to take away on holiday at month end - but - I cannot remember the answers to my security questions. The answers should be obvious enough, but Apple keep telling me they are wrong. Don't have a clue what they could be then.
I googled around and saw that I can have the answers sent to my alternate email address. Fail - account is already locked. When I select security questions on my profile it just tells me the account is locked.
So I go to log a call. Tells me my number is invalid. No option to select South Africa from what I can see, so it is kicking me out based on the +27.
Could some Apple guru please tell me how to get the answers to my security questions, or get them reset so I can setup new ones? I have $49 sitting in my account so don't want to just create a new one and be on my merry way. Not to mention the purchases I have against my name.
