Security upgrade in complex

So I'm looking at getting quotes for upgrading our security in the complex I live in. We want to get biometric access control, spikes, gates, cameras, etc.

Does anyone know of a company that does this? It's a fairly large complex. Already requested a quote from the company that does the Balwin estates. Any others?
