Call their DSL line 10..something or other. They will verify it over the phone for you ;)
 
hehe funny thing aswell, when they plugged in the adsl at the exchange, no more voice line... murpheys law... its friday
 
same thing happened to me. since they supposedly 'activated' my adsl, my voice line disappeared too, and now they don't have any technicians available to sort it out. been down since tuesday. three days now. nice little 'welcome to telkom' from them...
