Sell PC for Console + laptop??advise

i need some advice guys...

i dont know if i should sell my PC and get a laptop + console instead??

i bought my PC mainly for gaming, but upgrading is a bit of a pain, since a new, decent pc costs about R10K, where a console you buy once every 5-6 years (maybe) and thereafter only buy the games that come out....

what would you guys have done?? i mainly play online and download some stuff here and there, but thats about it....my specs are :

Also when trying to sell and entire pc, most of the guys on the local forums will endeavour to by individual bits. They will rarely opt for the complete unit and therefore it will also limit the amount that you will get in return for it.

Dude, Xbox 360 and laptop, thats the route I went anyhow, got fedup with Pc breaking and having to upgrade and Eskom damage and all that jazz

Imo, i'd go for a laptop + console...

I went and bought an ok pc (able to play crysis on High with XP), then bought an xbox

Now all i ever play on my pc is Wow

rubbish forget pc and console thats a sweet pc man and should play most games out pretty well

if you dont play games online then get a console rather but i dunno i cannot play console games for some reason

Have to agree on that Consoles look washed out + sucks to play fps on them and it can't play GW!

btw that PC is l33t... I am getting a New PC and it's not even as cool as that!! in the future just get a 9800GT/X and you will be fine for the new few years

R17000....and believe me, its well looked after!!! the mouse and keyboard is brand new and so is the screen....

you wont believe me, but Crysis @ 1650 x 1050 on Very High = 12-15 fps.

when i play on HIGH, i get about 24-28fps...... i mainly bought this PC to play "Graphically the best PC game ever made".....which is Crysis, right?
Well, i dont know if its Vista or the game itself, but it Sucks playing a game on a PC you specifically bought to play that game and it dissapoints.......This pc cost me R22000.....that make a man sad hey..
