I'm selling my car privately and realized that there are a few risks involved.

Am I entitled to ask the following details from the guy interested:
- ID doc or drivers license
- employer's name
- work telephone no

I seem to think that this should be sufficient to eliminate any risks.

Is there anything else I can ask for?
