I need to sell my car and have lost the NATIS papers for it and the previous owner is not getting back to me so i can go re-register it in my name.
Can anyone help with a site maybe where i can sell without the NATIS or a different option that io have just not seen?

If you don't have the papers in your name, you don't own it.

IF the ownership transfer was indeed done, you can request a new title document from the traffic department where they will do a reprint for the owner on record.

A futile step 1, but he would have take it any way, imagine how many cars could be taken off their real owners names if the traffic department entertained such stories?
