Sending funds to USD account

So I need to send some USD funds overseas to a vendor with a Wise account. How do I go about topping up my USD account on Wise in South Africa?

I can't find any information about how to top up the USD account. Can I send ZAR funds from my bank account to Wise and convert it to USD?

Also looked at Shyft, Revolut and PayPal. Shyft seems to offer the best exchange rate and charges $14 per transaction. PayPal is expensive with the FNB conversion fees and sending fees.

Yes. This is the point of Wise. They do the conversion for you at better rates than you'll get with our banks (providing the amount is reasonably substantial).
