Sending in a phone for battery replacement?

So with the Xperia Z and HTC One not having removable batteries where would you send your phone in to have a battery replaced, what does it cost and how long does it take.

My S2 was simple...battery seems a bit pap, buy a new one and replace.

Yes, to retain warranty I believe the fixed battery variety need to be sent in for repairs.
