As such, we need to employ top talent to support TFG's business. The critical Retail Systems area has a unique career opportunity available for a Senior Developer (Senior IT Technical Specialist) to support our Merchandise Planning Systems.

Provide Arthur Planning support to the trading divisions
Perform analytical assessments
Ensure that calls are resolved in accordance with the requirements of the relevant SLA

Mentor and coach the junior team members

To qualify for this position, you will need:
Understanding of the retail planning process (essential)
An IT related qualification (essential)
Working experience of the Arthur Planning Application Suite (AKB Database, Arthur Planning, Architect and Decision)
Working knowledge of Unix commands
Knowledge and experience of the complete SDLC
Oracle PL/SQL coding experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent listening, probing and documentation skills
To be a self starter with the ability to work independently
To be a team player
To be able to pay close attention to detail
To be able to work under pressure
Good planning and time management skills
