Well, If anyone has a spare wopping 2600 rand lying arround then u should get these babies! man are they worth it!

I know u cud have bought a 1800xt screen card with that price but hek...

u must think i'm mad

:p :D

what are you using them for?

DJ?

if pc, what sound card you have?

Where did you get them, Nokkie? I'm looking to replace my somewhat banged up HD600's for 650's some time.

The problem with having such awesome headphones, is that you're in danger of enjoying virtually any kind of music.

I just bought the Sennheiser PX140 behind the ear head phones from overseas. They have not arrived yet but they were only +/- R300 odd. Head phones here are just ludicrously priced. The Logitech equivalent is R260ex from dealer!

Hey I bought a pair of HD 595's about 3 months ago, i bought mine for R1800 from a shop in cresta. Anyway, I have never had a pair of cans that did not hurt me but these are out of this world. Well I would not expect anything less for the price as the brand. Great purchase, they get to sound even better with time. The really bad part is now any badly recorded music or 128k mp3s sound horrible and one seeks better recordings to compliment the equipment!

I have a pair of Fostex T40rp studio headphones, cost me about R1k and they are superb, have taken a beating and still going strong.

I use them for music production/mixing and of course, gaming.

I have HD415s (R450 from Gavin Mani - hey, I had a gift voucher :P) and to be honest, I miss my Jensens which only cost me half that.
