Sentech and its MTU status

Just something interesting.
I'm sure most of you know about http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks
After doing some googling and searching people have all different MTU settings for their sentech.
I've seen people with 1412 and some with 1450 and sentech once told me its 1352 and yet my father runs his at 1492.
So, what are your success stories? What MTU do you use?

Whatever MTU you use, the results with mywireless are the same. Rubbish speeds.
