Sentech Cancellation Form

Could some1 please help me out with a copy of the cancellation form for the Mywireless contract.

I have a month to month contract and now wish to cancel as I finally have adsl.

The problem is that for some unknown reason Sentech is unable to find a way for the form to arrive in either my gmail or work e-mail addresses.

I think that this may just be another extremely unprofessional way for them to try and retain customers

You don't need a form. A written request will do.

As per their website :

# What is required from me when I want to cancel?


* A written request to the call centre requesting a cancellation with a reason for cancellation. The request must include your account number and user id.

Maybe worthwhile to note the following as well :

# Is there a cut-off date for applying for a cancellation request?


* Yes. Cancellations can o­nly be affected o­n the 1 st of every month. The request to cancel the contract must be received by Sentech before close of business o­n the 25 th of each month, to be affected by the last day of the following month.
