Sentech customer communication?

does anyone know if Sentech normally will send a confirmation email when they receive your application and supporting documents?

also, how long does it typically take for the modem to be delivered? if they're charging R70 for delivery, it better be rather quick.

Hi, i was physically there and after i signed the papers i was up and running in about 30 minutes! If you pay the activation fee with your CC that is.
If it's impossible to u to get there, then, i dont really know, sorry.
