I have two accounts with Sentech and I had just enough balance for thw two debit.
After 2nd debit went thru, they tried for the third, and wrote me a mail that they could not get the payment from my account.
since after 2nd debit, there wasn't enough balance for the third, bank charged me for the unpail item R55.
I called Sentech and told them two debit went thru and asked them why they tried for the third.
They says sorry and they won't pay the R55 back to me.
Why should I cover Sentech's ass for their stupid mistake?

Go to their office, speak to manager in their face and demand it back. If you dont have strong enough personality for such actions, Im sure you have a friend nearby to take with.

This is b#$%&@#$%&@$*&@

Yea I know Clipse has the vocabulary for this kinda thing (quake 2 lans:))

Why not try telling your bank that you did not authorise the 3rd debit

i phoned Sentech and asked why and she answered, "the second one didn't go thru".
that explains.... cr@p!!

Thats funny, with our debit order system we only find out 3 days later if the debit didn't go through? Was this on the same day? Granted I do not know what happens when the clients account is at the same bank as ours, but there should be at least 24 hours before they know if the debit went through or not...

I find it funny that the bank charges you for not having enough money though :D. What a world we live in...

Cheers

Log a call with the helpdesk, and follow it up. After a screwed up debit order last year, I was given one month free.

they called after 3 days of the transaction.

Well, I am working in Europe at the moment, and I had just suspended the service. I was still supposed to be paying the one hundred and something bucks a month, but that has stopped..... :) But as Donovan says......
